OUTER BANKS

WOMEN'S YOGA RETREAT

Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina

September 10-13, 2026

The ocean is calling...

This intimate end-of-summer beach retreat is the perfect way to reset before stepping into a new season. Enjoy twice-daily yoga, meditation, and breathwork, giving you space to deepen your practice and reconnect with yourself.

In your downtime, walk the shoreline, take long ocean dips, sit with a book in the sand, or gather with the women around you for unhurried conversation. Mornings begin slowly. Evenings wind down with sunset skies and salty air.

With wide open beaches, steady sea breeze, and the rhythm of the Atlantic just steps away, this retreat offers a meaningful pause before fall. A few days of movement, reflection, and genuine restoration — grounded, simple, and deeply nourishing.

What people are saying...

"I just got home from the Outer Banks yoga retreat. What a beautiful way to stretch you body and mind. From the yoga to the meals to the community that was built, it was a fabulous experience. I LOVED it. You will too."

Susan, Outer Banks 2024

"My first experience with Inhale For Om was my first ever yoga retreat. I showed up with an open mind and a bit of anxious energy because I didn't know what to expect. I left feeling peaceful, lighter and clear-minded. The week I spent surrounded by other people who are also trying to navigate their own beautiful path in this weird world, was renewing to me. I look forward to booking another retreat with Caroline and Lindsay, who are the most caring, passion filled beautiful souls I've encountered."

Allison, Outer Banks 2024
