What people are saying...
"I just got home from the Outer Banks yoga retreat. What a beautiful way to stretch you body and mind. From the yoga to the meals to the community that was built, it was a fabulous experience. I LOVED it. You will too."
Susan, Outer Banks 2024
"My first experience with Inhale For Om was my first ever yoga retreat. I showed up with an open mind and a bit of anxious energy because I didn't know what to expect. I left feeling peaceful, lighter and clear-minded. The week I spent surrounded by other people who are also trying to navigate their own beautiful path in this weird world, was renewing to me. I look forward to booking another retreat with Caroline and Lindsay, who are the most caring, passion filled beautiful souls I've encountered. Jai!"
Allison, Outer Banks 2024
