ABOUT INHALE FOR OM YOGA SCHOOL
Our yoga teacher training promotes a holistic, joy-based approach to life and yoga. The foundation of this program is built around essential components of Hatha Yoga, including meditation, pranayama, chanting, philosophy, and yoga asana, and will also incorporate essential components of Vinyasa, with a focus on intentional transitions, breath to movement flow, and a mind, body, breath connection.
Inhale For Om Yoga School is so much more than learning how to teach a movement class. We want to empower you to step into leadership off the mat, to be fully awake to your purpose and passion, to upgrade your life and embrace the power and beauty within. We create transformational, joy-based experiences that allow you to connect with your true nature, which is bliss.

“Caroline and Lindsay cultivate incredible environments and communities of strangers turned friends as we each deepened our personal yoga practices and grew in ways unimaginable. Their Yoga Teacher Training program is rooted in traditional yoga that gracefully blends the physical more well-known aspect of yoga with philosophy, history, mantra, and self-study with such intentionality. Four months after the YTT program and I am still seeing the ripple effects of the training appear in my day to day life.”
Madeline
“Lindsay and Caroline are the absolute best! I could not recommend their YTT more. The amount of knowledge they were able to squeeze into 200 hours was incredible and they made learning so much fun!! They embody yoga and their love and passion for yoga is contagious.
If you are thinking about booking a YTT with them, stop thinking and just DO IT. I promise you will not regret it. Their training is the perfect opportunity to connect with your true self and create a beautiful community whilst spending time in the most gorgeous places being healed by nature. BEST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!”
Sophie
“This experience was so much more than yoga. It was a chance to learn about myself, listen to my inner voice, and discover how yoga can change my life for the better. Caroline and Lindsay are incredible, down-to-earth instructors who made everyone feel welcome, no matter their experience level. I came alone and left with great friends, unforgettable memories, and a deep sense of growth. The stunning oceanfront location and excellent accommodations were the cherry on top. If you’re curious, just go—you won’t regret it!”
Arin
“I have never felt more clear, light, and aligned in my life.
The three-week immersive training with Inhale For Om was transformational beyond words — a beautiful journey of living the yogic lifestyle each day.
Caroline and Lindsay attracted the most incredible group of people, a true reflection of who they are and the intentional energy they bring to everything. It isn't easy to put the experience into words — only those of us who were there truly know how incredible it was, and continues to be.
Caroline & Lindsay created a deeply impactful, inclusive space for real growth, connection, and learning. I left feeling prepared, empowered, and truly ready to share the gift of yoga with the world."
