For the first time, our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is offered in a hybrid format—designed to give you the depth of a traditional immersion with the flexibility to move through the training alongside your life.

Whether you feel called to teach or simply want to deepen your practice, this experience is about so much more than certification—it’s about stepping into a new way of being.

You’ll be guided through:
– A 10-week online training with live mentorship and support
– Followed by an 11-day immersive experience in Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica
