I’ve been on a handful of other retreats in the past (this was my first with Inhale For Om), and this one felt the most welcoming, I believe largely due to the leaders and how much effort they put into planning every little thing! The small touches were everything, from the welcome charcuterie board to snack bags on the road for hikes to the home cooked meals everyday. I was also a bit nervous booking last minute and not knowing how I’d get to the center, but Caroline made the process so easy and stress free! “With 'grounding into nature' as the theme, and the Jasper National Park retreat nestled within the pines and mountains, there was not a moment that I didn't notice the incredible beauty of where we were, whether it was when we were in our private rooms breathing in the pine-scented air and looking at the stars at night or when we were out exploring and hiking while spotting elk, moose and big-horn sheep. We trekked through forests gazing in awe at snow-capped mountains and glaciers and waded into aqua-marine colored lakes.
