Here's how it works:

  • The challenge starts January 1, 2023 and runs for 21 days
  • Everyday you'll get a new guided meditation led by Caroline or Lindsay and it will be uploaded as a module
  • Some meditations will be short and sweet, others will be a little longer
  • Each day has a quick mindful activity that will help increase joy and peace
  • We will have TWO live yoga classes on zoom on January 1 and January 21
  • You'll be able to interact with our supportive community inside the portal to get all the motivation you need

Inhale For Om roots each meditation with breath, however, each meditation incorporates different themes and practices from mantra meditations to visualizations to walking meditations to yogic sleep.. you'll enjoy seeing which practices you love most!

A New Mindful Activity For 21 Days

Each day you get a mindful activity that pairs with each meditation. These are quick, easy activities you will be able to incorporate throughout your day to increase joy and peace.

Daily Accountability 

Everyday during this challenge, you will wake up with a new email in your inbox filled with inspiration and setting you up for success.

Community Support

Our platform allows you to interact with one another, so you can stay motivated, share your thoughts, and make new connections.

Two Live Yoga Classes

Yoga is what Lindsay & Caroline do best! The challenge will kickoff with a live yoga class on New Years Day and end with a class + circle to open share and discuss how to continue your meditation practice on January 21st.

Lindsay and Caroline's mission is to make meditation easy, accessible and fun. Both leaders are certified yoga teachers and specialize in guiding students through meditation, breath-work and yoga. They have each experienced the benefits of meditation first hand and are passionate about helping others achieve them too. This is their second year hosting the meditation challenge, and they are thrilled to bring another amazing program to life.
