Whether you’ve been meditating for years or have never tried before, this simple and structured 21-day challenge will help you easily incorporate a meditation practice into your life.
Here's how it works:
- The challenge starts January 1, 2024 and runs for 21 days
- Everyday you'll get a new guided meditation led by Caroline or Lindsay and it will be uploaded as a module
- Some meditations will be short and sweet, others will be a little longer
- Each day has a quick mindful activity that will help increase joy and peace
- You'll be able to interact with our supportive community inside the portal to get all the motivation you need

MEET YOUR MEDITATION GUIDES.
Lindsay and Caroline's mission is to make meditation easy, accessible and fun. Both leaders are 500 hour certified yoga teachers and specialize in guiding students through meditation, breath-work and yoga. They studied in the birthplace of yoga, Rishikesh, India. They have each experienced the benefits of meditation first hand and are passionate about helping others achieve them too. This is their third year hosting the meditation challenge, and they are thrilled to bring another amazing program to life.
