AUGUST 26 - 30, 2023

Embrace the Great Outdoors

Nestled in the heart of the Canadian Rockies, this yoga retreat in Jasper National Park, is on the doorstep of nature. As being the largest national park in the Canadian Rockies, Jasper is wild in every sense of the word. Our retreat center, surrounded by mountains and forest, is a modern, eco-friendly, indoor/outdoor environment that features EMF-free rooms, a beautiful yoga shala, a woodfire-heated yurt and a rustic nature spa.

Start your day off with a feel good yoga flow, enjoy 3 nourishing meals a day to fuel you for epic hikes, paddling a canoe across glacier-fed lakes, and wildlife spotting. End the night around a warm fire with friends, gazing up at the brilliant star filled sky.

Jasper is for those seeking something utterly unique in their time away from the world. We invite you to experience a modern, eco-friendly, mind-and-body restoring, indoor/outdoor environment.

  • 4 nights, 5 days Accommodation
  • Breakfast & Lunch daily
  • 2 Dinners at Overlander Mountain Lodge

We will be staying at the edge of Jasper National Park at Northhaven. Here, lofted into the forest canopy, their goal is to thread the delicate balance of being both in the forest, while providing all the comforts and necessities of an indoor space.

Each of their single rooms is a study in bringing you not only back to nature, but the nature in you. For this purpose, we looked to a technique used in permaculture, which blocks out unwanted inputs while creating conditions optimal for one's goals.

All rooms are singles with your own personal bathroom.

If you prefer a matrimonial room with a partner, we can book a cabin at their sister property for $200 more/night.

Our retreat menu is vegetarian and we have a wonderful chef joining us for the week who will prepare breakfast and a packed lunch daily.

We have two dinners that will be served at Stone Peak Restaurant-- with panoramic views of Jasper National Park featuring elegant, farm-to-table dining that highlights the natural flavors.

There will also be freedom to have two dinners on your own. Right across the street from our retreat center is Folding Mountain Brewing-- an upscale-casual restaurant. You may also eat in town or in the park as well.

Sandy, Vail 2022

"This retreat was an amazing experience at so many different levels. It was great to go on a trip and not have to worry about anything. It was great having all details already prepared- transfers, day trips, excursions, food etc. It was also a great experience to connect with other people that share a similar lifestyle and values. I learned a lot from all the classes, workshops and from everyone. The retreat exceeded all my expectations and I consider myself a very demanding customer- I usually have very high expectations of services. But this experience was perfect and I really cant think of anything else that could have been better or different. Thank you Caroline and Lindsay!"
