This Retreat Is for You If…
You've been dreaming of an Italian getaway filled with homemade pasta, gelato, rolling vineyards, and a little la dolce vita.
You love the idea of slow mornings, yoga with a view, and afternoons exploring charming Tuscan villages.
You believe good food tastes even better when shared around a table with good people.
You're craving a little adventure, a lot of laughter, and meaningful connections along the way.
You're ready to step away from your routine, soak up the Italian sunshine, and romanticize the little moments in life.
You want to move your body, nourish your soul, and fall a little more in love with yourself and the life you're living.
OUR HOME FOR THE WEEK:
Tucked away in an evergreen forest and overlooking the rolling hills of Tuscany, Ebbio Estate is a beautifully restored 13th-century farmhouse where history, nature, and intentional living come together.
Just minutes from the medieval walled town of Monteriggioni, and within easy reach of Siena and Florence, this peaceful sanctuary invites you to experience the beauty and simplicity of the Italian countryside.
Surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, organic gardens, and sweeping landscapes, Ebbio is a place where life naturally slows down.
Our days will unfold between the spacious indoor yoga shala, sun-soaked terraces, tranquil gardens, and cozy corners of the farmhouse. Think terracotta floors, earthy textures, open windows, and the gentle rhythm of countryside living.
Whether you're curled up with a book in a hammock, enjoying a quiet moment in the garden, or gathering with new friends around the table, every corner invites you to feel at home.
It's rustic, intimate, full of character, and completely immersed in the beauty of Tuscany.

Your Retreat Leader:
Anna Bohacs
Anna has been sharing yoga since 2014, guiding over 2,000 hours of practice across the country with students from all walks of life.
With a 500-hour training and a foundation in Ayurveda, her work is rooted in a deep respect for yoga as a nourishing, medicinal practice.
Her classes are slow enough to feel, intentional enough to transform, and grounded in philosophy that invites inquiry and discernment.
She believes yoga is not about performing shapes, but about cultivating awareness — learning when to build heat, when to soften, and how to listen to the body’s wisdom.
On this retreat, Anna will guide you through a gentle unwinding and recalibration — supporting you in restoring your nervous system, remembering your natural rhythm, and rekindling your inner fire.
