LOCATION:
Just two and a half hours from Athens, Evia Island feels worlds away from the pace of everyday life.
Our home for the week is nestled into the mountains overlooking Porto Buffalo Bay and the pristine waters of the Euboean Sea.
The property was designed as a peaceful Mediterranean sanctuary, blending natural stone, warm wood, and relaxed bohemian details. Every spacious guest room includes a private balcony and beautiful views of the sea.
Guests will have exclusive access to the property’s private pool and waterfront yoga shala, where we will practice with the sea stretching out before us.
Just steps from your room, docks invite you to swim, sunbathe, and enjoy the clear coastal water. Surrounding trails and quiet roads offer space for morning walks, gentle hikes, and peaceful exploration.
Meals are prepared using fresh local ingredients and combine traditional Greek flavors with thoughtfully inspired international cuisine.
It is a place where comfort meets nature—and where the rhythm of life naturally begins to slow.

Your Retreat Leader:
Araglin McBreen
Araglin McBreen resides in the high Rockies of Colorado where she teaches and practices yoga at several studios. Drawn to the mountains by her love of snowboarding and hiking, Araglin delights in all types of movement. As a teacher she combines her knowledge of philosophy, anatomy, and physiology to create a dynamic vinyasa practice to engage the spirit, mind, and body.
She completed her initial 200 Hour Teacher Training with Dr. Graham Schweig and Edie Fisher. This course established a foundational knowledge of yoga philosophy, The Hot Yoga Method (a derivative or 26+2), and Vinyasa sequencing. In 2023, Araglin traveled to Marrakech, Morocco to complete a Brain Based Creative Sequencing course with Adell Bridges. This course deepened her knowledge of neuroanatomy, mindful movement and the importance of varied movement to maintain neuroplasticity. Also in 2023, she completed a 50 hour tantric philosophy, embodiment, and Ashtanga training led by Marie Belle Pérez Rivera in Washington, DC. In August of 2025, Araglin attended Richard Freeman and Mary Taylor‘s 2025 Teacher Intensive, held in Darmstadt, Germany. This intensive involved over 200 hours of Ashtanga practice, meditation, breathwork, chanting, lecture, and practicum.
Araglin’s teaching style reflects the various lineages, history, and philosophies of yoga that she has studied. In all that she does, she aims to spread the ultimate truth found in the Bhagavad Gītā – that you are supremely loved.
