You’re craving a true break from the constant stimulation and busyness of everyday life.
You want to spend less time doing and more time being.
You’re drawn to exploring a lesser-traveled corner of Europe — somewhere breathtaking, rich in natural beauty, and a little off the beaten path.
You feel most like yourself when you’re immersed in nature — swimming in the sea, walking barefoot, watching the sunset, breathing fresh air.
You’re craving spaciousness in your days without feeling like every moment needs to be filled.
You want to deepen your yoga practice beyond the physical poses and explore the philosophy that makes yoga a way of living.
You want meaningful connection and sisterhood with women who are also choosing to show up for themselves.
You want to return home feeling nourished, clear, connected, inspired — and a little more at home within yourself.

OUR HOME FOR THE WEEK:
Perched on a hillside above Buljarica Bay, Mahakala Center is a peaceful retreat sanctuary tucked between the mountains and the Adriatic Sea.
Surrounded by olive trees, gardens, forested hills, and the rhythms of a small Montenegrin coastal village, the property feels worlds away from the pace of everyday life.
Our days will unfold between the sea-view yoga shala, jasmine-covered terrace, outdoor hammock lounge, gardens, spa spaces, and nearby beaches — with sweeping views of the mountains and water woven throughout the property.
A short walk downhill brings you to Buljarica Beach, one of Montenegro’s longest beaches, while walking trails, hidden swimming spots, and stretches of largely untouched coastline invite you to spend as much time outside as possible.
It is simple, intimate, peaceful, and completely immersed in the landscape.

Caroline Amsler
Caroline Amsler is a yoga teacher and conscious entrepreneur on a mission to inspire self-healing and balanced, purposeful living.
Caroline’s journey began with a degree from the University of Arkansas and a swift climb up the corporate ladder. Realizing this path wasn’t fulfilling, she took a leap of faith, left her job, and bought a one-way ticket to Costa Rica to follow her true calling as a yoga teacher.
With over 500 hours of training, Caroline’s credentials include a 200-hour and Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher certification from the lush jungles of Costa Rica, and a 300-hour advanced certification through Akhanda Yoga Institute in Rishikesh, India—the birthplace of yoga. In India, she was bestowed with the spiritual name Om Jot by her teacher, Yogrishi Vishvketu. Om Jot, meaning “The Vibration of Pure Light,” serves as her guiding mantra, radiating light and positivity wherever she goes.
Caroline’s adventures have taken her across the globe, studying and teaching yoga in India, Bali, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Peru, Nicaragua, Italy, Portugal, Canada, and beyond. Now based in the Outer Banks with her husband and two dogs, she continues to blend her love for travel, teaching, and community into every aspect of her life.

Lindsay traveled to the birthplace of Yoga, Rishikesh, India, at the Akhanda Yoga Institute. There, she was gifted the spiritual name, Om Prema, by her teacher, Dr. Yogrishi Vishvketu, which means The Sound of Unconditional Love, and acts as her life mantra, spreading love and joy around the globe.
Lindsay has since taught everywhere from oceanside resorts throughout Southeast Asia, retreat centers in South America, Europe, and Central America, India, and at studios in her hometown of Milwaukee, WI.
