Where ancient wisdom becomes a living experience.
For thousands of years, India has been home to seekers, sages, and spiritual traditions devoted to understanding the nature of existence.
Nestled in the foothills of the Himalayas, along the sacred Ganga River, Rishikesh remains a place where these ancient teachings are not simply studied, but lived.
Here, yoga extends far beyond the physical practice. It is a way of life, woven into the breath, the rituals, the philosophy, and the quiet moments of everyday existence.
An opportunity to experience yoga in its fullness, learn from Himalayan masters, and connect with the lineage that has profoundly shaped our lives.

OUR HOME FOR THE JOURNEY:
RISHIKESH — THE BIRTHPLACE OF YOGA
Our pilgrimage begins in Rishikesh, the Yoga Capital of the World, nestled along the sacred Ganga River in the foothills of the Himalayas.
For five nights, we'll stay at a beautiful Ayurvedic boutique hotel and spa while attending morning sadhana at Anand Prakash Yoga Ashram, where Caroline and Lindsay completed their advanced yoga studies.
Our mornings will be devoted to traditional yoga, pranayama, meditation, mantra, and sacred fire ceremonies.
Beyond the ashram, we'll explore colorful markets, visit sacred temples, experience sunrise over the Himalayas, and immerse ourselves in the extraordinary spiritual culture of Rishikesh.
AKHANDA SHRI JUNGLE ASHRAM — THE HEART OF OUR PILGRIMAGE
For two nights, we'll journey into the Himalayan jungle to Akhanda Shri Jungle Ashram, home of the Akhanda Yoga Institute.
This sacred sanctuary holds a very special place in our hearts. It is where we continue to return as students, deepening our practice and studies under the guidance of our beloved teacher, Dr. Yogrishi Vishvketu.
Surrounded by nature, we'll experience the simplicity of traditional ashram living, immerse ourselves in the teachings of Akhanda Yoga, and have the extraordinary opportunity to practice with Guruji and receive his blessing.
Here, yoga is experienced in its wholeness. Through breath, movement, meditation, mantra, philosophy, and conscious living.
This is more than a place we'll visit. It's an invitation into the living lineage that has shaped everything we share through Inhale For Om.
AGRA & DELHI — CULTURAL IMMERSION
As our time in the Himalayas comes to a close, we'll travel to Agra to witness the breathtaking Taj Mahal at sunrise.
We'll then explore the history, culture, and vibrant energy of Delhi before beginning our journeys home.
From the stillness of the Himalayan jungle to one of the world's greatest architectural wonders, this pilgrimage offers a beautiful glimpse into the many extraordinary layers of India.

Your Retreat Leaders:
Caroline & Lindsay
Founders of Inhale For Om
India is more than a destination to us. It is a place we return to again and again as students, seekers, and lifelong practitioners of yoga.
Both of us are experienced 500+ hour registered yoga teachers (E-RYT 500) who have trained and studied in Rishikesh under the Akhanda Yoga lineage and the guidance of our beloved teacher, Dr. Yogrishi Vishvketu.
During our studies, Guru-ji gifted us our spiritual names: Caroline, Om Jot, meaning “the vibration of pure light,” and, Lindsay, Om Prema, meaning “the sound of love.” These names hold deep meaning for us and reflect the profound connection we share with our teacher and this tradition.
Our time in India has shaped not only our teaching and philosophy, but the very foundation of Inhale For Om.
After guiding more than 35 retreats and trainings around the world, this pilgrimage remains the most meaningful experience we have the privilege of sharing.
Because this journey is different.
We're not simply taking you to India. We're inviting you into the places, practices, and lineage that changed our lives.
To meet our teachers. To experience the traditions we hold so dear. To discover the depth of yoga beyond the mat.
And perhaps most importantly, to remember that no matter how much we learn, there is always more to discover.
We cannot wait to share this journey with you.
