This Retreat Is for You If…
You are craving a meaningful escape that feels both restorative and inspiring.
You want to deepen your yoga practice without pressure, perfection, or performance.
You are curious about yoga beyond the physical postures and want to explore philosophy, mantra, sacred sound, and self-inquiry.
You love the idea of balancing adventure with slow mornings, long meals, sea swims, and space to simply be.
You are ready to meet a fun, welcoming community of thoughtful, open-hearted travelers.
You want to return home feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself.
You do not need to be an advanced yogi to attend. All practices and workshops will offer options and support for different levels of experience.
LOCATION:
Just two and a half hours from Athens, Evia Island feels worlds away from the pace of everyday life.
Our home for the week, Evia Silence, is nestled into the mountains overlooking Porto Buffalo Bay and the pristine waters of the Euboean Sea.
The property was designed as a peaceful Mediterranean sanctuary, blending natural stone, warm wood, and relaxed bohemian details. Every spacious guest room includes a private balcony and beautiful views of the sea.
Guests will have exclusive access to the property’s private pool and waterfront yoga shala, where we will practice with the sea stretching out before us.
Just steps from your room, docks invite you to swim, sunbathe, and enjoy the clear coastal water. Surrounding trails and quiet roads offer space for morning walks, gentle hikes, and peaceful exploration.
Meals are prepared using fresh local ingredients and combine traditional Greek flavors with thoughtfully inspired international cuisine.
It is a place where comfort meets nature—and where the rhythm of life naturally begins to slow.

Your Retreat Leader: Sarah Schroeder
Sarah has been teaching yoga since 2011, helping students connect to their purpose, celebrate their strength, and feel most alive.
She has taught in studios, gyms, and community spaces across the country, working with students of all backgrounds and experience levels.
