Meditation Training: Deepen Your Practice

 

This training is for those who want to deepen their meditation practice and learn tools for self regulation. For just one hour over the course of five weeks, connect with yourself on a higher level and learn about this powerful mindfulness practice and its ancient eastern roots.

Here's how the Meditation Training works:

The training begins on Wednesday, February 21st at 12pm EST and runs for 5 weeks with the same meeting time every Wednesday.

*If you cannot attend the live training, the recording will be uploaded the next day for you to complete at your own pace.

The training has four main modules and one closing ceremony: 

  • Week 1 (2/21): Intro to Meditation + Opening Ceremony
  • Week 2 (2/28): Philosophy of Meditation: The 8 Limbed Path of Yoga
  • Week 3 (3/6): Anatomy + The Nervous System: The Healing Benefits of Meditation
  • Week 4 (3/13): Pranayama: The Gateway to Meditation 
  • Week 5 (3/20): Closing Ceremony

The modules will run for 60 minutes and close with a 15 minute guided meditation (75 min total).
